Imagine, you are running late for work or a meeting.

You get pulled over for speeding. Routine stop, right?

A traffic violation is not an emergency.

An emergency situation is any time you are being detained, questioned, or arrested.

Your Miranda Rights give you the right to remain silent, and the right to an attorney.

But then the officer runs your license and finds bench warrants out for your arrest.

He asks you to step out of the vehicle.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

This happened to a LegalShield member.

His identity had been stolen and there were bench warrants out for his arrest that did not being to him.

Instead of stepping out of his vehicle, he tapped the Emergency Access on his phone to talk to an attorney right then and there.

Because he had an attorney on the phone, neither the member nor the police had to be put in an uncomfortable position.

LegalShield is the only company in North America that provides 24/7 Emergency Access to an attorney in emergency situations.

Most people don't have access to an attorney on the spot.

Do you see value in having legal protection?
