At the age of 23, my son got a new apartment.

The landlord handed him the contract and my son told the landlord that he wanted to have the contract reviewed by his attorney.

The landlord asked, "You have an attorney?"

My son replied, "I have a law firm."

I reminded him that I didn't raise him to be arrogant, but I was proud of him for using his ability to call for legal advice before signing a lease.

I am teaching the next generations to use attorneys the way they were meant to be used before we all got priced out of the system.
