If you're in sales, you've certainly seen presentations on a sales funnel.
Your funnel can get clogged if you aren't following the right activities along the way.
Your prospects go in the top of the funnel and go through a sales process as they proceed down the funnel.
Many get sorted out along the way for various reasons.
When prospects arrive at the bottom of the funnel they should be ready to buy.
Are you keeping track of each prospect?
Are you following up in a timely manner so the person doesn't forget who you are?
Do you get permission during each encounter for the next meeting?
At what point do you ask for referrals, so your funnel stays filled?
