The United States Constitution is the supreme law of the United States.
But if 90% of the population can't afford to access their legal rights, what good is it?
That is the current situation here in the US.
Americans can not afford to access attorneys the way they were meant to be.
But every American deserves to have Equal Access Under Law as promised to us.
50 years ago, Harland C. Stonecipher, founder of LegalShield, was dragged through a frivolous legal battle that almost caused him to go bankrupt.
Until then, Mr. Stonecipher thought he was fully protected with auto, home, life, and health insurance.
But what about Legal issues?
After recovering from a head-on collision, the woman who was ticketed for the accident turned around and frivolously sued Mr. Stonecipher.
The lawsuit cost him his life savings, but he won the case.
America had nothing in place to protect its citizens.
After looking further, Mr. Stonecipher learned that Germany had legal protection insurance so he took the concept and started his own company here in the US.
LegalShield is more than insurance.
It is a proactive service that every American can afford.
Our members can call their law firm any time they have legal questions before making important decisions and any other legal matter.
LegalShield is a powerhouse in the legal industry that protects and empowers all Americans every day.
If you don't know your rights, you don't have any, as the saying goes...
What good is it to have a Constitution that guarantees your rights if you can't afford to find out what your rights are?
Would you consult an attorney more often if you knew you wouldn't get a big bill?
