No wonder Americans are considered naive, ignorant, and stupid.

@Dana Mantilia posted a humourous video to bring awareness to many of the scams we encounter today.

We both agree that it's not funny, and it's not just in America.

It's actually really sad that people fall for these scams.

We think we are friendly, generous, and kind, and WE ARE!

Some people think they are wiser, wittier, and can outsmart scammers.

WRONG! They are recording everything you say.

People of all ages talk to strangers on the phone and social media naively giving away information without realizing it?

But it's time to WAKE UP!

Everyone says they would never fall for something like that.

If no one falls for it, then why are scammers getting away with millions of dollars every year?

If you don't fall for scams, then talk to your family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors. WHY?

Because SOMEONE YOU KNOW IS BEING SCAMMED.

Dana and I, along with many other professionals, are doing our best to bring awareness to the danger and risk of identity theft and cyber threats.

But, Americans have grown tired of hearing about it, UNTIL IT HITS THEM PERSONALLY.

When you talk with people you don't know (and sometimes those you think you know) without verifying first, you put your family, friend's lists, and network at risk.
