I have met so many incredible people on LinkedIn and I know there will be many more to come.
Many of the people we connect with have written books or developed courses.
The power of networking lies in getting to know people and what they do.
I have found that by reading books written by my connections, I can get a clear picture of what they stand for.
Here are a few of the books I have read and recommend. These are people I appreciate and trust.
I list them in order that I was introduced to them:
Winning The Money Game: Separating The Myths From The Truth, By Ike Ikokwu, CPA, Certified Mentor Coach
Overcoming Organizational Myopia, by John Knotts
Sales Secrets, by Brandon Bornancin
Million Dollar Rebuttal, by David Walter
You Were Born To Fly, by Daniel Gomez
Did you say something, Susan? by Paulette Dale, Ph.D
I once commented on someone's post about one of my favorite books, The Go-Givers, by Bob Burg.
I read The Go-Givers many years ago and several times since.
To my surprise, Mr. Burg took the time to reply to my comment, which was a great reminder that we are only as busy as we perceive ourselves to be.
Do you take time to read?
Have you read any books written by your connections?
Give your connections a shout-out by mentioning their book or online course in the comments.
