My first client ever called to get her daughter signed up for our services this week.
What a great feeling to know it means that much to a client after 12 years.
The daughter was only 8 years old when her mother first joined LegalShield.
Now she is 20 and learning the value of having a law firm at her side.
I am grateful when my clients understand and use the power of their membership and teach their children how to use attorneys as well.
One of my biggest motivations is helping the next generations value attorneys and get help before bad things happen.
Like the time when my son was 23 and he told his new landlord he wanted to have the landlord/tenant contract reviewed before signing it.
The landlord looked at my son, wide-eyed, and asked, "You have a lawyer?"
My son replied, "I have a law firm." I reminded him that he shouldn't be arrogant, secretly smiling because he was right.
When your clients know the value of your services/products, they will send you referrals.
Word of mouth marketing is still the strongest marketing there is.
It helps to reach out to your existing clients to see how they are doing, not to sell.
This shows you care and keeps you in their minds.
Do you stay in touch with your clients on a regular basis?
