What we do matters and we love empowering our members.
What they say matters. Here is another happy member:
"I received a letter in the mail stating that I owed an insurance company $600 for services.
I challenged the claim.
A few weeks later, another letter arrives stating that my bill was being turned over to a collection agency.
Having a LegalShield membership, I then called my LegalShield Law Firm explained the situation.
My attorney advised me to send over all my documents ASAP. I did this as requested and my Law Firm then sent the insurance company a letter explaining why I did not owe them money, etc.
A few weeks go by again, and I get another letter in the mail from the insurance company BUT this time stating that my bill was clear and apologizing for their error.
