Here is how one of our clients handled an insurance claim denial.

About two years ago a (now) client of mine sustained fire damage to his garage from a neighbors house fire.

The client did not carry insurance on the detached garage, so he depended on the neighbor's insurance to cover the damages.

The neighbor turned in the claim to the insurance company and they sent an investigator out.

After investigation, they deemed the fire as no fault of their own and denied responsibility to pay.

Fast forward to 2021: The new client signs up with LegalShield, contact the provider law firm, they ask for pictures of the garage, estimates, a fire report, homeowners name/address, and any other documentation that may be beneficial.

They put it all together to write a letter on the client's behalf to the insurance company and homeowner.

The client was able to gather all of the information up in a short period of time and the letter was written on his behalf.

Within a few weeks, the insurance company paid $9100 on the garage damage.

Without this service, he was looking at $2500 to retain and have an attorney write one letter on his behalf!

With LegalShield, it was covered in the $24.95 with the letter on behalf feature.
