Have you ever been promised something from a company that they didn't follow through with?

Did you just let it go because you figured you had no recourse?

This is a story from a happy member:

I bought a vehicle from Avis car sales in November 2020, they promised me they would provide a 2nd key.

I called and emailed many times with no action.

I contacted my provider attorney on June 10, 2021.

They wrote letters to both the Avis location I purchased the vehicle and to Avis Legal Department, giving them 60 days to respond or face legal action.

About 50 days later, I received a call from a Regional manager that his legal department had contacted him and told him to take care of it.

He was very apologetic and said he would do whatever he needed to make me happy.

Five days later, I had a mobile locksmith sent to my house and had a new key.

This $328 issue was handled for nothing more than the price of my membership.

With LegalShield you can worry less and live more.

How do you handle verbal and written contracts that have been broken?
