Every now and then we need time away to gain a broader perspective.

I am so happy to be in Phoenix for our first live convention in 2 years.

While it's wonderful to be here LIVE, seeing people in person, the more important thing for me is stepping out of my daily routine.

Going to conventions is a way for me to reconnect with the wonderful people I work with.

We have a mission to protect and empower a multitude of people.

Regardless of our backgrounds, religion, or political affiliations, we all agree on why we are here.

We care about our work.

Do we hate cold calling? YES

Do we hate the constant follow-up? YES

Is it hard to get appointments? YES

Do we hear the word NO more than we'd like to? YES

Do we fall flat on our faces from time to time? ABSOLUTELY

Will we do it again until we succeed? YOU BET!

Well, a small percentage of us will anyway.
