I talk to small business owners and hear the pain and frustration in their voices.
They tell me the issues they're having with employees, vendors, compliance, and more.
If I explain everything my services can do for a business owner and they still say, no or not yet, I haven't listened well enough to understand their needs.
WHY?
Because I have been playing small. I have been trying to be the person everyone likes and that has held me back.
I will no longer play small.
I have services that can change the course of the future for small business owners and families.
My services are more comprehensive than can be explained in a 3-minute phone conversation.
It's a disservice to the client if I can't give them all the information they need.
In order for a client to make an intelligent buying decision, I must posture myself as the expert that I am.
How are you posturing yourself with clients?
