You could be expecting more of them than they can currently handle. It takes a great leader to create a strong organization based on integrity and good ethical standards.

Do you feel too much is expected of you as a leader?

Hold yourself to the same expectations as those you lead and they will see the way to go.

Managers and bad bosses tell their teams what to do. A leader shows them how to do it.

Even if you work for yourself, you must set standards and adhere to them, if you want to grow.

What are your expectations for yourself, your business, and those you work with? What are their expectations for you?

Are you leading with unrealistic expectations?
