We all support the company we work for or the business we have built on our own.
It's easy for us to talk about the positive attributes of any organization we're associated with.
However, when it comes to credibility, nothing is more powerful than a third-party testimony on how that person has benefited from your services/products.
When a customer gives your business positive feedback it provides a more powerful testimony to the company.
Unfortunately, most people only leave feedback when they have something negative to say.
That's all the more reason to provide "the rest of the story" if you will. Anyone in business knows what I mean.
Here is a case in point. This customer was trying to deal with an insurance company on his own:
"I received a letter in the mail stating that I owed an insurance company $600 for services. I challenged the claim. A few weeks later, another letter arrives stating that my bill was being turned over to a collection agency.
Having a LegalShield membership, I called my LegalShield Law Firm explained the situation. My attorney advised me to send over all my documents ASAP. I did this as requested and my Law Firm then sent the insurance company a letter explaining why I did not owe them money, etc.
A few weeks went by, and I got another letter in the mail from the insurance company ONLY this time stating that my bill was clear and apologizing for their error.
Signed, sealed, and delivered-- I will ALWAYS have my LegalShield membership and thank you to the team of attorneys for always having my back when needed.”
Testimonials matter. They support the good things you say about your business.
Do you gather testimonials from your clients?
