Today, I'm reaching out to everyone to say FOLLOW ME. Share this idea enough and we will have a special day for following new people.

It seems like a mundane task. Simply click + Follow, right?

At some point, we must all get completely overwhelmed keeping up on LinkedIn engagement.

Do you know who you are following and do you engage with them all?

People who have tens of thousands of followers can't possibly follow all those people and engage with them.

What's the purpose of following so many people, and how do LinkedIn algorithms play into it all?

I don't understand how it all works but I do know that I want to pay others the same respect they have shown me.
