Objections are not difficult to overcome if you have confidence in your product.

A prospective member texted me that he didn’t see the value in LegalShield since he has a local attorney.

He asked me to give him 3 good reasons why I see so much value in LegalShield.

Here is a condensed version of my reply:

"Thank you for informing me of your decision not to join LegalShield. You may want to share the following with your local attorney, and get his advice.

I assume that we have no need to meet on Friday, so I will cancel our appointment.

I realize now that I must not have explained the services thoroughly. I apologize for not being more clear. Here are a few of the benefits I see:

1) Unlimited Consultation.

Does your local attorney give you, and covered family members, unlimited consultation for $29.95 per month?

2) Will your attorney prepare wills for you, your wife, and your children over 18, including yearly updates at no cost? LegalShield does.

3) In the event of an audit, LegalShield provides you with up to 50 hours of a Tax attorney’s time.

Is your attorney a qualified tax attorney?

4) Your auto insurance does not cover you for criminal charges in the event of a tragic accident.

Will your attorney represent you in court at no cost, and is he a qualified trial defense attorney?

5) Does your local attorney cover you in all 50 states?

6) LegalShield is the only company in the US that provides 24/7/365 Emergency access to an attorney should you or your family ever be detained, questioned, or arrested.

Is your attorney be available 24/7?

There’s more, but if you don’t see it yet, there is no reason to continue…

The last message I received back from him read:

"I’ll see you Friday at 1 pm"

He's been a member ever since.

How do you respond when a client challenges you?
