307 - What is your favorite tracking method?

There are so many possibilities to keep track of clients, schedules, to-do lists, and more.

I was recently asked which CRM I use. I actually have two.

As a "right-brained" person, I find it difficult to keep track and organize everything.

This makes a lot of business-related activities feel cumbersome.

Remembering to organize all the data I take in on any given day is a chore, to say the least.

I've now learned to take notes, either digitally or hand-written, as I meet with people.

Recently, I was on a zoom with a new connection and he asked my permission to take a screenshot so he would remember me with the notes he was taking.

I was so impressed that he asked permission but more impressed that he admitted having trouble remembering everyone he talks to.

Each person you meet on LinkedIn has the potential of hundreds of warm connections they can connect you with.

How do you keep track of who you spoke with, when to follow up, who would be a good referral or connection for them, and all the rest?
