321 - How do you respond when your mind goes completely blank?

We all get completely immersed in our work, in a discussion, or during a presentation.
Have you ever "zoned out" in the middle of a sentence and totally lost track of what you wanted to say?
It happens to us all at some point.
One of the biggest life lessons for me was learning that you are never alone.
We, or many of us, have all done it. Whatever IT is.
Today is one of those days for me.
Here I am closing in on a full year of posting every day and my mind isn't just blank for a moment.
I have been trying to come up with some content for my daily post.
NOTHING...
My mind is blank.
I can't concentrate long enough to focus on one subject.
Yeah, yeah, there's a lot going on and I am B-U-S-Y.
Who isn't? Busy is a poor excuse no matter when it's used.
There's plenty of material to choose from.
Nothing sticks. Nothing feels right.
Today is Day number 321 and I will not let the clock strike midnight without posting.
That's what got me wondering if anyone else has those moments.
I know we all do but how do YOU manage it?
What is a sure-fire strategy you have for getting back in the flow of writing?
I wonder if there is a method that works for any type of "blank mind" moment.
How do you respond when your mind goes completely blank?
