Millions of Americans are reconsidering how they want to earn a living as a result of The Great Elevation.
People are starting all types of businesses from home-based, SaaS, franchises, and everything you can imagine.
They are turning their dreams and passions into money-making opportunities.
What most of these budding entrepreneurs are not doing is getting the proper foundation set up before they get started.
They're attempting to cut corners by using free online forms to save on attorney's fees.
What they don't know is that those forms are not iron-clad documents that are ready to be signed.
I know attorneys who will not look at free forms because they are so poorly written.
Online forms companies recommend that you have all forms reviewed by an attorney.
You can't turn around and accuse the company of producing mediocre documents. They clearly state that the documents should be reviewed.
Every document will need revision to fit each individual business.
The new business owners should have a conversation with an attorney about all kinds of legalities of their business.
I am so happy that I have an affordable, powerful program to help small business owners.
It's not necessary to skip one of the most important steps in forming a business, getting sound legal advice.
The best way to start or run a business is to have a solid foundation, not shaky ground.
