Word of mouth advertising is powerful.

When your clients say nice things about you and your services it has an impact.

We can sit around all day and talk until we're blue in the face about how great we are and how spectacular our products/services are.

But there's nothing like hearing it from the person who paid for your services and got value from your offerings.

Many people don't speak up unless they have a complaint.

It's said to be human nature but I think it is a sign of our lack of intentionality about the information we take in.

Negative news is the reason every mainstream media thrives. People watch it.

Everyone claims to want to hear good news, but millions are drawn to negative news.

It isn't that people don't appreciate the goods and services they receive. They have not been programmed to provide positive feedback.

You have many satisfied clients who would gladly give you positive feedback if you ask.

There is nothing wrong with asking clients for a testimonial about the services you provided for them, especially when they have complimented you.

You can pick up on signals from clients who have had a positive buying experience.

They are usually more than happy to help.

People love to help.
