We are never alone.

Let that resonate with you for a moment.

I often see posts about people who have experienced deep personal struggles.

There are stories of loss, depression, and destitution.

In those moments, they almost always felt as if they were alone.

One thing I’ve learned is that you are never alone, period.

What if we all embraced the idea that, inherently, it is impossible to be alone?

No matter what you’re going through in life, no matter how dark it is or how desperate it may seem, there are other people right there with you.

At any given moment, there are tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of people who are struggling in some area of their lives.

With this in mind, I have overcome a lot of hurdles in my life. It made every difficult moment less impactful.

Many philosophies and religions believe that Rather than laugh off that concept as being ridiculous, for a moment, try embracing that idea. ultimately, we are all one; all 7+ billion of us.

Rather than laugh off that concept as being ridiculous, try embracing that idea, just for a moment.

Imagine, if you will, that all mankind is one. It's too big to imagine.

Take it one step further and imagine all living creatures are connected as well.

The concept surpasses all human understanding.

With even a little understanding, it is easier to rise when you have fallen and it propels you to get up and keep going.

Lift someone up with you on the way; the act of helping others is naturally empowering and energizing.

It is the way to build a community of people helping people.

When you're in a bad place, instead of focusing on your own hardship, focus on helping someone else.

It will lift both of you.

Can you embrace the concept that you are never alone?
