In his podcast by the same title, @Alberto Garcia-Jurado discusses the dilemma we all face today of too much communication.

This phenomenon is self-created and it is slowing us down because there is confusion about how to use them.

Having the ability to communicate with anyone at any time is wearing us out.

We are often drowning in information; information that is unclear.

Alberto explains that messaging and meetings take up 80% of our communication time.

Technology that should help us work more efficiently is actually slowing us down.

We must be mindful when to use the different types of messaging such as texts, message boards, and email.

It's important to know when to use each type of messaging properly.

For meetings, they can be more efficient by stating the value outcomes to be obtained in the meeting.

According to @Alberto Garcia-Jurado, almost 50% of people go into meetings with unclear expectations.

End meetings on time! Everyone is on a schedule.

Are your messaging methods and meeting agenda clear and efficient?
