Gun owners need legal protection.

Anyone who has taken hand gun training knows that the last thing you want to do is pull out that weapon.

The intent of owning the gun is for protection.

The moment you pull out a hand gun, you set into effect a series of events you can not stop.

You might want to show a new gun to someone.

Without thinking, you pull out the gun and inadvertently point the weapon at someone standing nearby and without realizing it, cause that person to feel that they have been assaulted.

YOU would never be so absentminded as to do that. That's what they all say.

A gun owners actions may be completely innocent, in their opinion. A bystander may see things differently.

It doesn't matter how innocent you are, you may still go through a lengthy legal process to determine whether or not you had an intention to harm anyone.

In the meantime, your weapon will also be confiscated. The law is sticky to say the least.

If you have multiple weapons, what about setting up a gun trust?

There are a lot of considerations when it comes to gun ownership.

Do you know your rights when it comes to protecting your family?
