This weekend I took some time to read articles and videos several friends and family members had sent to me.
I didn't know whether to laugh or cry, so I just shake my head.
These people are intelligent.
I care about them.
But, the depth of fear and hatred in the conspiracies they believe in is shocking to me.
I am baffled that they believe these unsubstantiated reports.
When I read sensational reports of imposing danger that are not based on reality or fact, my standard reply consists of 3 words,
TIME WILL TELL.
I do not enter into discussions with anyone who believes in conspiracy theories.
There is enough going on right now that we don't need sensational stories and hypothetical scenarios.
I wonder what goes through these people's heads all day long.
What you feed your mind is as important as what you feed your body.
To work with focus, it is imperative to take back control of what you allow into your mind.
You don't have to believe, nor should you believe, everything you see on TV.
Before you switch on the TV or read the news, consider whether you will react or respond to it.
The same goes when issues arise at work.
When you feel that urge to lash out, STOP, THINK and CONSIDER the best response.
Do you react or respond?
