What's your favorite local business?

The business people who work for large companies often keep the local shops in business.

We don't all buy coffee at the nearest chain drive-thru. Although, many of those are also locally owned.

Where do you go if you are eating breakfast out, having coffee, lunch or to do some shopping?

The picture I chose is my favorite place called the Dienger Trading Company.

It has a rich history dating back to 1884 when it was a general store.

During the lockdown, I used this picture as a background for zoom meetings.

Now, I love having breakfast meetings here, and introducing it to new people to the community.

The coffee is great, the staff is friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious.

If you normally race to the nearest fast food restaurant, take the time to visit one of your local restaurants... maybe one you have never been to.

Sitting with friends or business associates in a vibrant atmosphere can give you a boost of energy and spark new ideas.

There are also micro breweries and wineries in my area. It's hard to decide where to go because they each have their own special flare.

When in doubt, it's nice to have that one special spot that you know you can rely on for excellent food and service.
