Have you ever attended a business networking meeting where everyone gets up and gives their 1-minute elevator pitch? ⏱
I have seen far too many business professionals get up and waste 55 seconds by saying, "You all know what I do...", then, sit down.
In some cases, they actually believe everyone knows what they do.
In other cases, they're trying to be funny. 😂 They aren't. 😐
Never waste 60 seconds when the spotlight is on you by making a clown out of yourself, unless you are a comedian. 🤡
Real Estate Professionals, NO, we don't know what you do. 🤷🏻♀ 🤷🏾♂️ 🤷🏼♀️
Do you sell houses, commercial property, vacant land, ranches? 🏚
Do you sell someone a house, or do you provide them with the home of their dreams, with the view of that big tree they always dreamed of? 🏡

Tell us who you are looking for, your ideal client.
My services, for example, can be used immediately and as often as the client needs them.
The most common uses for my services are consultation, traffic tickets, and will preparation. But there is so much more that people don't realize.
There are a few insurance features that people don't know about.

A great example of a business owner telling what they are looking for happened during one business networking meeting.
It was winter in Michigan. 🥶 ❄️
The roofer in our group stood up and said, "...A good referral for me is any house you see with bald spots where the snow has melted. They need insulation."
To this day, I still look for roofs with bald spots even though I now live in Texas where it doesn't snow.
His message was clear and it drew a picture.🎨
