I'm just coming out of my company's 50th Anniversary convention.

If there is one thing I learned this weekend, everyone in this company are passionate about helping others.

Do you think that you have to know everything about making your dream come true and that’s what is holding you back?

You don't have to know everything. Just get started and ask for help.

Are you letting the fear of failure hold you back? There is only failure when you let your dream die. The point is, DO IT!

If you are frustrated and hate your J.O.B. or the environment you work in, then stop, change course and do what you truly want to do, knowing that it won’t be easy.

Millions of Americans have shown that they are fed up with their old job.

I changed the direction of my career at the age of 51, single, with 2 teenage children, and returning to the US after living abroad for 25 years. I’m not talking about a subtle change within the industry I had been part of for 30 years. The change I made was radical, in a completely new and unknown direction.

Life is too short to stay rooted in one place if you are unhappy. Let me rephrase that. IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY, life is too short to stay rooted in one place.

There is no magic power that will provide you the secret to success.

If there is any secret at all, it's to have passion for what you do.

I am more excited about what I do than ever before because I saw what we have done, where we started and where we are headed.

Wake up every day excited about the possibilities that lay in front of you.

As for me, I am just getting started.
