Copywriters and other professionals often provide us with tips here on LinkedIn.

Kyle R. Bell, of Bell Copywriting, Inc., details specific tips in almost every post he writes.

Those tips add up!

I decided to take his advice, from his last post.

Here is the link to his post; it's worth reading: https://bit.ly/3HxjjLA

Kyle's 3 Tips in this post:

1) Provide a clear warning

Show your reader what will happen if they choose not to buy your offer. Explain how they will feel.

I say:

People are frustrated when they pay for things they know they don't owe because they have no legal backing.

Without my services, they will continue to ask friends family and Facebook for advice, never really knowing if it was the best legal advice for them or not.

They will continue to hope and pray nothing goes wrong, rather than plan that everything goes right.

When things go wrong, they will continue to pay high hourly attorney fees, often paying more for an hour or 2 than an entire year would cost them with my services.

2) Eliminate risk

Your buyer is only seeking one thing. Peace of mind.

I say:

Peace of Mind is what we stand on. Our clients know that we have their backs in all legal matters, even 24/7 for legal emergencies, such as an accident.

They have the peace of mind that a qualified attorney will call them back within hours, not weeks.

They have peace of mind knowing they can get advice on any legal matter without getting a big bill.

3) Build up your value

Tell a quick story about how the product or service has helped you.

I say:

Our customers say it best. Here are 2 member stories.

An insurance professional said:

"As an insurance agent, I've found the LegalShield service to be an excellent compliment to my practice. At least 70% of my new clients don't have a Will. LegalShield provides all members with a Will, DPA and Medical Directive at no additional charge - the savings for that alone pays for their membership for at least 2 years."

A real estate professional said:

"After having it for a few months now, I couldn't imagine working in real estate without LegalShield. Sure, I have access to corporate council, but at an extremely HIGH cost per quarter hour (tick-tock, tick-tock). Knowing I can call a lawyer for advice at any time, have contracts reviewed at no extra cost, and have LegalShield handle my personal issues as they come up (like traffic tickets or, my favorite, when my law firm sends a letter to someone that owes me money) so I can stay focused on closing business gives me peace AND helps me provide better service to my clients. Thank you, LegalShield!"
