Have you ever heard of Toastmasters International?

Toastmasters began in 1924. Today, the organization is in 149 countries and has over 16,000 clubs.

Why should you consider looking into Toastmasters?

We all know at least one person who over uses certain words when they speak.

One person, who I respect, says the word "basically" in almost every sentence.

A typical conversation goes something like:

Me: Hi Bob, how was your day?"

Bob: Hey, well basically, I got a lot done. This morning, I was basically on Facebook and LinkedIn, and basically I met a few new people". You get the idea!!!!

Then, there are those, you know, like, they add filler words, you know, constantly, like, trying to, ummm, to embellish what they're saying, you know?

Was that painful enough?
