I had a "light bulb" moment when Umar Hameed talked about The Power of the Mask.

As he explained the concept of acting like someone you look up to or who is a role model, I felt empowered.

The mask opens your imagination and enables your mind to conceive what is possible for you.

This is not about being fake or impersonating anyone. It's a tool to help you see the possibilities that are within you.

Who do you look up to?

Who is your biggest mentor?

Put on their mask and imagine how you would feel to be like them.

You will notice a shift in your energy level.

That one shift from the power of the mask changed my whole day.
