I was given an ultimatum.

During a video meeting with @Errol Allen, the conversation turned to posting videos.

I explained that I hadn't posted a video in almost a year.

No sooner had I said that when Errol leaned in and said he was going to give me one week to get that video posted.

YIKES!! An Ultimatum!

I never asked what would happen if I didn't post.

Instead my internal drive was set to "Git'er Done" mode and off I went.

As Errol said, it doesn't have to be perfect. And IT'S NOT!

It's time to stop hiding and be BOLD.

I know that if I was shrinking away from posting a live video, I know others are too.
