539 - Celebrating 10,000

Today, I'm celebrating!

They say to celebrate even the small wins along the way.

Too often we don't see the small wins because we are so focused on the end result.

Yesterday, I hit 10,000 Followers on LinkedIn.

As I reflected on the past year, I realized that I have reason to celebrate.

I have gone from having clients in 7 states to 23 states (about to be 24).

If all I did was focus on my biggest goals, I'd miss these moments.

My focus is on the journey because there is no end goal.

Each goal I reach leads to a new goal.

For now, it's Friday and I'm happy for these incremental milestones along my path.

I'm also grateful for the incredible people in my network and those I haven't met yet.

I know you're out there and I look forward to meeting you!
