That's a rhetorical question.

Why should you want to openly admit one thing that you don't like thinking about?

Open your mind to uncomfortable thoughts that you have.

Your response could help someone else.

We are all so busy thinking and talking about events of the day and things that are front of mind.

We talk about business, family, and how we are reaching our goals. There are posts on improving your business, attracting the right clients on Linkedin, and where we are going on vacation.

But there are certain subjects we don't want to think about, much less talk about.

The question isn't a popular one.

We go through our lives avoiding deep thoughts, until we must address them. Then we act surprised when we're confronted with them.

I'm not even going to give an example because that would influence your own thought process.

Take a moment and reflect on a what you don't like to think about and why.

Is it realistic? Is it something you fear, causes you pain, or disgust?

Is it unavoidable?

Look at it without attaching any emotion to it.

The more you learn to address the uncomfortable things in life the more familiar and approachable they become.

What do you avoid thinking about?
