546 - What is your perspective?

When I first saw this video I laughed at the scene and how the dog let nothing stop it.

The dog is definitely on a mission. WIth leaps and bounds it shows its leadership skills.

Then I looked at it from a different perspective.

I saw an analogy for the kind of people who step over everyone to make their way to the top.

Is it because they are more intelligent than others or because they will stop at nothing to get ahead.

When I situations from different perspectives I gain clarity of the overall situation.

We live in a massively divided country, or so the news tells us.

We are more divided than we ever have been, almost at a 50-50 split.

When looked at from a different perspective, you see more possibilities. We are not as divided as the media want us to believe.

In business, you have people of every belief system around you at any given time. The same is true of sports events.

One of the things I absolutely love about my company is that no one has to preach diversity to us.

We are diverse by nature and design. The founder firmly believed in Justice for All, period.

Everyone has the ability to succeed. Anyone can be that dog that jumps up and makes it to the top.

The analogy here is that everyone else, like the sheep in the video, is there to help others rise, and anyone can do it.
