Today is one of those days that I must admit, I am not concentrating on work today.
Why?
I am transfixed by the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II.
Every aspect, every detail, was perfect.
People are quick to give their opinions on every aspect of the royal family, the institution itself, the politics, and the soap-opera-like drama that the media loves to portray daily.
Can you imagine having your private life and business so exposed to public scrutiny?
Can you imagine having every detail of your business so heavily scrutinized by so many people around the world?
From the flowers to the music to the many world leaders and royalty peacefully gathering, I have been in awe.
Nothing was without meaning.
This was history being made right before our eyes.
I am always respectful of the precision and professionalism of all the military and others who engaged in the ceremony.
We have never seen anything like this, nor will we.
It all makes me ask, how can I do better in my own life?
It's a question we should all ask before we judge anyone else.
Do you ever ask yourself how you can do better?
