607 -Why don't you call attorneys?

I love it when I get content ideas from the comments and questions people provide on my posts.

Thank you, Monte Clark, for asking me why people don't call attorneys.

I believe there are 4 reasons why people avoid using attorneys:

1. Attorneys are expensive. There's no other way to say it.

2. They are not always responsive.

3. There is no accountability.

4. People fear that attorneys will talk (legalese) over their heads.

I am happy to say that this is the reason PPLSI (LegalShield) exists.

All of those objections to calling attorneys can be eliminated.

EXPENSE - I provide services that every business owner can afford. We have been improving our services for 50 years. We make it possible for every business owner to get help for all their legal needs.

RESPONSIVE - Our attorneys are responsive to the guideline they agree to with PPLSI (LegalShield) They are under contract to respond within 4 business hours. If an attorney doesn't respond, the customer has PPLSI to fall back on for help.

ACCOUNTABILITY - The law firms of PPLSI are held accountable for 15 points of service each month. We call it the Report Card, and our attorneys love accountability.

FEAR - Many people fear being talked down to. They can't understand the legal jargon attorneys sometimes use. At PPLSI, our attorneys are customer care trained. They talk to you on a level you can understand.

I was told it sounds like an oxymoron to say attorneys are customer care trained.

But it's true. You can talk to an attorney who speaks on your level so you understand exactly what's said.

There may be other reasons why people don't like to call attorneys but I have covered the major ones.

Attorneys have studied long and hard to understand the law. It's an education that never ends.

Everyone can have the ability to call an attorney in any area of law whenever they need it.
