As life gets more complicated, we have to do more with less.
Half of America is divorced. There are single moms, single dads, and blended families all dealing with many different legal events of the day.
We’re getting older alongside our parents, children, and grandchildren.
There are currently have 5 generations in the workplace, each with their own current life events.
Traditionalists, Boomers, and Gen X may be thinking about retirement, moving closer to family, and estate planning.
Millenials and Gen Z are dealing with getting a job, marriage/divorce, growing a family, and debt collectors harassing them.
From estate planning to insurance claim denials, from mortgage contracts to debt collection issues, there is a never-ending stream of reasons to get the advice of an attorney.
The last thing most people want to do is spend $300 or more per hour for an attorney to help with life events, yet they all need help from time to time.
The advice of an attorney can help make your life simpler.
2020 taught us that we need to be prepared for the unexpected because, as we all learned, the unexpected happens.
We have been conditioned to believe that attorneys are not trustworthy. Most people think negatively about attorneys. Everyone hates attorneys until they need them. Even attorneys know that.
It doesn't matter what generation you belong to, getting legal advice can save time and money so bad things don't happen.
Have you considered talking to an attorney about moving to another state, reviewing wedding contracts (reception venue, catering, DJ), or having your will prepared?
Are you starting a business, selling a business, or need help with any aspect of your business?
What do you think I should do about...? Whenever you ask that question, consider if the question is legal in nature. We often ask our friends, family, and Facebook because we don't consider the questions legal in nature. They often are.
Having an attorney help you can reduce the stressing, guessing and headaches life throws at you, at any age.
Do you call an attorney for help with your life's events?
Do you call an attorney for legal advice?
Yes, I depend on expert advice
No, they are too expensive
I never thought about it
