621 - What do you stand for?

What I stand for more than anything is awakening people's awareness of getting access to resources they need and deserve every day.
Most people only call a lawyer to patch things up.
Few people can afford to pay $200-$800 or more per hour for a lawyer, much less lay down a retainer of $5000-$10,000 when bad things happen.
Instead, we try to do everything ourselves until something goes wrong.
Then we complain and moan because the lawyer is too expensive, doesn't call back, and isn't doing what he said he would do.
The whole point of what I do is to make sure attorneys are: Affordable, Responsive, and Accountable.
Would you get sound legal advice more often, if you could afford it?
What if you could pick up the phone knowing that you'll get a callback the same day, not have to wait days or weeks, or no callback at all?
Imagine having contracts and documents looked over BEFORE you sign them.
One of my clients had a letter written by his law firm to a company that was no longer responding to his demands for payment.
10 days after the lawyer wrote a demand letter, my client received a letter of apology from the company for the "misunderstanding", as well as a check for $7000, covering the amount he was owed.
Better still, the lawyer did not collect a percentage of the amount received.
Accountability!
Where do you turn when a lawyer is not doing what you paid them to do?
Another client of mine was not getting the services for which she had paid one of our referral lawyers.
I contacted LegalShield for my client.
Within 30 minutes she received a call from the referral lawyer with an apology and a refund.
She was then provided with a different lawyer who did the work at no cost.
We hold our law firms, and referral lawyers accountable.
Having a law firm to back you in life and in business is powerful.
And yes, it is affordable!
The United States Supreme Court has an inscription across the front, Equal Justice Under Law.
I work every day to help people get access to lawyers for all of their life events.
That is a promise I can stand behind and work hard to provide for everyone.
What do you stand for in your business?
