Affirmations are powerful.


Affirmations are positive statements of belief.


You are simply affirming the things that you hold to be true for yourself, even if they haven't happened yet.


Bob Proctor said - "What you think about, you bring about." Saying it out loud is even more powerful.


The simplest affirmation is: I AM. Acknowledgment of yourself.


You can make your affirming statements as lengthy or as short as you wish. They can be simple or complex as you are comfortable with. They are you and you alone.


Take 5 or 10 minutes each morning to set your mood for the day with positive affirmations.


Here are a few affirmations to start the new month and the new quarter.
