702 - Are you ready for a phenomenal year?

Here we are again! It's the last day of the year.

HAPPY NEW YEAR'S EVE!

Are you excited about what you will create, or concerned because of the doom and gloom mass media predicts?

There is a lot of talk about #goals and words of the year.

Remember, the goals you hit this year don't mean you are finished.

The goals you reached in 2022 created new starting points.

A new journey begins.

It's the path of every #businessperson and #entrepreneur.

American novelist, Louis L’Amour, said, “The trail is the thing, not the end of the trail. Travel too fast and you miss all you are traveling for.”

We sometimes forget that goals are not the end objective but (trail)markers along the way.

I plan to dive into #2023 head first! I'm excited about what is to come.

Set your goals and make plans, then move forward to put them in place.

#Emotionalintelligence will be a key factor for many this year.

Set yourself up for an incredible year by setting specific goals and writing out detailed plans.

Cheer on your teams and co-workers, and help them put their plans on paper.

Prepare for the journey of 2023 as you would for a long trip.

Your end goal for 2023 is the destination for the year.

Your suitcase for the journey contains the tools, interim goals and plans to reach them.

Review your plans often! You are the only one who can make them happen.

This is not a race, it's a journey.

Remember to stop and enjoy the journey along the way.
