709 - Do you love to read?

Today was a good day!

Do you love getting new books delivered right to your front door?

This book, Becoming Unbelievably Successful, was waiting for me when I got home today.

I already have a stack of books to read, but I have been waiting for @John Knott's book to be published for a while now.

I respect John for his business acumen. He helped me get a foot in the door on LinkedIn.

Do you respect and read the books written by people in your network?

Becoming Unbelievably Successful is the next book on my list.

OK, I cheated. I already read the first chapter and love that John has questions at the end of the chapters. Good questions.

Part of what we do in my industry is ongoing personal growth, through reading, podcasts, and educational videos.

To answer the first question from John's book - Lord of the Flies, because it is one book that I also remember from high school. I hated it!

I was one of those kids who could not get into the deep books. I read them at face value and had no desire to think any further.

Darren Hardy, author of The Entrepreneur Roller Coaster, The Compound Effect, and other books said, (and I paraphrase), I'd rather hear that you read 5 books 25 times than that you read 25 books/
