I suppose the worst thing many of us want to hear is, I don't want your services anymore.
Luckily, when you are good at what you do, you won't hear that often.
For me, there is another phrase I don't want to hear from my new clients, and that is,
"I hope I never need to use this."
This signifies one of 2 things to me.
Either, I didn't explain it well enough (or they weren't paying attention)
OR
They think it's insurance, only to be used when bad things happen.
NO! I want you to use your membership daily, multiple times per day if you want to.
I want my clients to get all their questions answered.
Just be careful how many different areas of law you ask questions about,. You will be hearing from lawyers who are qualified in the area of law your question is in.
Got tax questions? A tax attorney will call you.
Got questions about buying or selling a house? A real estate attorney will call you.
and so forth...
I want my clients to go to work focused on their jobs not worrying about life events they have going on.
I DO NOT SELL INSURANCE.
I provide money saving, anxiety reducing services that take the stressing and guessing out of making important decisions in life.
I want my clients to ask their questions to the right professionals, rather than their friends, family and Facebook.
Got a legal question, call your law firm!! (Does it hurt, call your doctor!)
People are constantly asking legal and medical questions on Social Media thinking they are getting the right answers.
Your family, your business and your employees deserve better.
What do you hate to hear a new client say?
