I believe in engaging with my network on many levels.

Part of engagement is learning more about them, what they do, and reading the books they have published.

Evidently, I'm a book addict.

I love to read.

The books pictured are not all the books I have ordered.

Many are on Kindle such as @Fred Diamond's, Love, Hope, Lyme, which was inspired by his encounter with a loved one who had the disease, and @Heinan Landa's, The Modern Law Firm. I know I'm forgetting some.

I love learning from the wisdom of my peers.

When you connect on LinkedIn, that is the beginning.

Engagement goes much deeper than liking and commenting on posts.

When you engage, you connect people with others, you read their books, meet them live or virtually, and get to know how you can support them.

One gentleman in my network performs magic and illusions for companies. I attended one of @Alan Chamo's virtual events and it was fascinating.

We learn, we grow and we build trust when we get to know our network on a deeper level.

But, PLEASE, stop writing books! 🤗 I have enough books to last me the rest of the year.

Do you read the books of your LinkedIn peers?
