Have you considered the mess you could leave behind if you don't have a Will in place?

Without a Will, you are leaving your spouse and others one of those messages.

"Honey, I love you - I've left you in the complete lurch by never sharing details of our finances with you."

Then there are those "Famous Last Words"...You are the most important thing in my life. Now you all can figure it out peacefully, right? You know what I want, right?

NO, families don't know because, if they did, we wouldn't hear the nightmares that happen in families.

Everyone has a different understanding of what mom or dad wanted.

The 2nd wife was never mentioned in a Will so the 1st wife gets everything.

The siblings all had different conversations with Mom or Dad and each one thinks they know what Mom/Dad's wishes are. But none of them can agree.

I have been hearing story after story of heartbreaking circumstances people are going through or have gone through because a loved one died without a Will.

Why do we all think "That won't happen to me"?

When we stop fearing death, we can start living a more fruitful life.

Don't leave your loved ones the game of finding your assets. All that does is cost them anxiety, time and money.

If you are one of those rare people who don't care about family, leave everything to a favorite charity or organization you do care about.

Do you want the state to make all the decisions for you? Then, don't get a WIll. Your state government will be happy to take over.
