Employers offer many benefits and perks to attract and retain new employees.
Some benefits packages include a wide range of services that look good but often remain untouched.
For example, Employees widely requested pet insurance, yet statistics show few employees sign up for it when offered.
One of the most discussed benefits these days is Wellness.
Wellness companies that offer a wide range of products are trying to place themselves as wellness benefits for employees.
Legal and identity theft protection isn't considered a wellness benefit, but it should be.
I position myself as a wellness provider as my services can help relieve stress and anxiety where the issues begin. The services don't only treat symptoms.
I don't know another company that provides an entire family peace of mind and depth of protection.
We can save business owners money and help their employees:
Focus better at work
Have personal matters handled without taking time off
Be prepared for life events that come their way
Employees don't want frivolous benefits that help on occasion. They want valuable benefits they can depend on whenever they need them.
Employees don't need another insurance policy in case bad things happen. They want benefits they can use right now.
I have several clients who offer identity theft protection as a fringe benefit because it also works to their benefit. In the event of a data breach, the employees immediately have licensed investigators to work with.
What benefits do you offer that bring value to the business and the employees?
