Do you know how to handle an IRS audit?
A friend of mine was audited.
She had her husband were accompanied at the audit with a tax attorney provided by LegalShield at no extra cost.
During the audit, they asked my friend a question.
All she wanted to do was answer the questions and get out of there.
The tax attorney put his hand in front of her face to stop her from answering, looked at the auditor, and said, "You can't ask my client that question. That's not why we're here!!"
BOOM! Question retracted.
My friend looked at the auditor and, pointing to the tax attorney, said, "What he said..."
The audit went smoothly from there.
It's powerful to have a tax attorney by your side who knows what questions can be asked.
Did you know there are different types of audits and certain questions that can be asked?
If you don't know your rights, you could be answering questions you don't need to answer.
Do you know your rights? If not, wouldn't it make sense to find out how to get empowered by someone who does?
