770 - Do you sometimes feel disconnected?

It's Monday, the beginning of an exciting new week and the last week of the month.
This is a week filled with activities to wrap up the month and set up the next month.
But, today is one of those (thankfully rare) days where I am disconnected.
I didn't plan my tasks for the day, and there are many.
I have a list of to-do actions and they're all important.
All I must do is pick up the phone, reply to a message, or write that email but I sit staring into space as if I've never done any of it before.
My mind is not its usual calm self.
☕ I'm wondering if I need another cup of coffee. Did I have too much coffee?
NO, don't think about coffee, get to work!
The whole morning has been a spiraling conversation of nonsense.
Somewhere in there, I had a great Zoom meeting with a new connection.
I booked a new appointment too.
Things are getting done but I feel like I'm watching them rather than doing them.
