Day 8 -Groundhog Day

OH NOOOO! It must be true. Phil predicted 6 more weeks of winter! I read it on Facebook. I mean who wouldn't believe a groundhog with a 36-39% rate of accuracy, right?

How many people run their businesses using the same methods? It's the stars, the alignment of the planets, my horoscope said.

In business, it would be best to close your social media sites, email, and other distractions, and be consistent in the important aspects of your business, and keeping your focus on the well being of your most important asset, your employees.

Now that we know, for a fact, that we have 6 more weeks of winter, we can sit down and focus on the best ways to move forward, despite the perceived setbacks. MAKE IT HAPPEN!
