462 - Happy Cinco de Mayo

Today is Cinco de Mayo, a celebration day for Mexicans.

Cinco de Mayo is the celebration of victory over the French in 1862.

It is known more today as a celebration of Mexican heritage and culture.

I love learning about other cultures.

Here in Texas, Cinco de Mayo is about food, music, parades and dance.

There will be a lot of Mariachi music today with parties and lots of great Mexican food.

People will take they celebration to work and moods will be lifted.

Today, I have several business to visit for annual open enrollments. I'll be taking kolaches and breakfast tacos to each location.

The Tequila will have to wait until after work!
