I don't usually post about personal matters but today is different.
I have never questioned my children on their plans for marriage because my own parents were relentless.
I knew I would never push my kids on their plans to marry or have children.
Today, my daughter, Alena, and her boyfriend, Matt, got engaged.
Matt took her on a train ride in Colorado, alerting the conductor of his plans.
What Matt didn't know was that the conductor alerted the engineer had they made plans of their own.
They stopped the train and made everyone get off. No one knew what was happening.
Much to Matt's surprise, he had an audience while proposing to Alena.
It's one of those moments when you appreciate employees who go above and beyond for their guests.
They made an already memorable moment unforgettable.
Congratulations, Alena and Matt!
